VALORANT's September 22, 2026 update adds the Warden rifle at 2,900 match credits, with an 18-round magazine and 2x scope.
Its limited-time Gauntlet: Glitched mode pits eight duos against each other in 2v2 fights, with abilities drafted between rounds.
Agent Mastery introduces Act and lifetime progression for each agent. Previous playtime does not count, but unlocked Agent Gear rewards remain.
Performance Score replaces Average Combat Score in Competitive, Unrated, Swiftplay and Premier, determining scoreboard placement and MVP.
Players can warm up in the Practice Range while matchmaking. Premier, Deathmatch and other modes without Agent Select do not support queueing from the Range.
These details reflect Riot's September patch announcement; subsequent changes and issue resolutions have not been checked.
