VALORANT Champions Shanghai is approaching the end of its group stage. As of October 2, 2026, Riot's published schedule puts the last group matches on October 4, followed by playoffs beginning October 7. The grand final is scheduled for October 18.

Sixteen teams entered from the Americas, China, EMEA and Pacific. Eight advance from groups to a double-elimination playoff bracket. Group matches are best-of-three, and a second loss eliminates a team.

VIEWING REWARDS

Riot lists the Prepared title for watching at least 30 minutes during groups or playoffs. The Stamp of Approval spray has a separate requirement: at least 30 minutes during the grand final.

Shotcall runs on desktop through the official VCT Twitch broadcast. Its rewards include The Catch title at 50 points and the Crab Buddy at 300 points. A Trophy player card requires finishing in the top 3% on any map.

PLAYOFF PREDICTIONS

Group Pick'Ems have already locked. Playoff picks open October 4 after the draw and are scheduled to lock October 7 at approximately 2:10 AM PT. Riot requires a valid account and lists regional exclusions, including China and Quebec; reward eligibility can vary under local regulations.
