Sony has announced the PlayStation Plus Monthly Games lineup for October 2026, with F1 25, Hunt: Showdown 1896 and Earth Defense Force: World Brothers 2 joining the service.

All three games are scheduled to become available to PlayStation Plus members on October 6 and remain claimable through November 2. Once added to a member's library, access remains tied to an active PlayStation Plus subscription under Sony's usual Monthly Games rules.

F1 25 is the PS5 entry in the lineup and includes single-player Career and My Team 2.0 modes alongside online racing. Hunt: Showdown 1896, also on PS5, focuses on extraction-based matches where players track monsters and compete with other Hunters for bounties.

Earth Defense Force: World Brothers 2 is available on both PS5 and PS4. Its voxel-styled take on EDF lets players build a four-character team and supports four-player online co-op as well as two-player local split-screen.

Sony also says September's Monthly Games remain available to claim until October 5. That group includes Sniper Elite: Resistance, MLB The Show 26, Wobbly Life and Chained Echoes.

Availability can differ by region and account eligibility, so subscribers should check their local PlayStation Store when the October lineup goes live.
