NieR:Automata Comes to Dead by Daylight With 2B and A2

NieR:Automata has crossed into Dead by Daylight.

Behaviour Interactive released the NieR:Automata Collection on October 6, bringing 2B, A2, Emil-inspired cosmetics, and Pod 042 into The Fog.

2B and A2 Join as Legendary Outfits

2B and A2 are not separate Survivor characters with their own perk sets.

Instead, they appear as Legendary Outfits for existing Survivors.

2B is represented through Feng Min, while A2 is represented through Yui Kimura.

Behaviour says the outfits include more than just visual model swaps. They also add unique music, voice lines, HUD icons, menu idle animations, and other presentation details.

Emil Comes to the Killer Side

The Legion receives a Very Rare Outfit inspired by Emil.

That gives the Killer side of the roster its own NieR-themed cosmetic without creating a separate licensed Killer.

The collection also includes a special appearance from Pod 042.

Portraits for NieR Fans

The collaboration includes Legendary portraits featuring 2B and A2.

These let players show their NieR fandom beyond the actual trial itself.
