Hellraiser Revival PC Requirements Explained

Saber's official FAQ sets a surprisingly reachable minimum spec, but the recommended tier asks for stronger hardware and more storage on the Steam page.

By ByteSized tech

If you are planning to play Clive Barker's Hellraiser: Revival on PC, the official hardware details are already enough to sketch out what kind of machine you need.

The first thing to know is that two official sources currently present slightly different information.

What the official FAQ says

Saber's official FAQ lists the minimum specification as a Ryzen 3 1200 or Core i5 4690, 8 GB of RAM, a GTX 1660 or RX Vega 64, and 50 GB of storage.

That is a moderate floor by 2026 standards. It suggests the game is not trying to exclude older midrange systems, especially for players targeting a basic 1080p experience.

What the Steam page says

The official Steam page lists a higher minimum and also includes a recommended tier.

On Steam, the minimum tier is a Ryzen 5 1500X or Core i5 8400, 8 GB of RAM, an RX Vega 64 8 GB or GTX 1660, and 80 GB of available space with an SSD recommended.

The recommended tier rises to a Ryzen 5 5600X or Core i5 12400F, 16 GB of RAM, an RX 6600 XT or RTX 3060, and 80 GB of space.

What matters most

Three practical takeaways stand out.

First, graphics expectations are reasonable. A GTX 1660 class GPU remains the baseline across both official sources, which is good news for players with older but still capable cards.

Second, memory jumps sharply at the recommended level. If you only have 8 GB of RAM, the move to 16 GB is likely the first upgrade that will help the most.

Third, storage can be the hidden issue. The FAQ says 50 GB, while the Steam page says 80 GB. Until Saber consolidates the numbers, the safer assumption is to prepare for the larger requirement.

Should you upgrade now

If your system already has a six core CPU, 16 GB of RAM and a GTX 1660 class GPU or better, you are in a decent position.

If you are closer to the floor, the smartest priority is usually memory and storage first, then GPU second.

The clean takeaway

Hellraiser Revival does not look impossibly demanding, but you should pay attention to the mismatch between the FAQ and the Steam page.

The safest read right now is simple: treat 16 GB of RAM, an SSD and roughly 80 GB of free space as the more future proof target heading into launch.
