Best 32GB DDR5 RAM Kits for Gaming PCs in 2026
Four 32GB DDR5 kits for modern gaming PCs, compared by speed, latency, platform support, module height and Philippine pricing.
By ByteSized tech
32GB is becoming the new normal for gaming PCs.
Steam September 2026 Hardware and Software Survey shows 32GB as the most common system memory capacity across participating users at 42.22 percent, ahead of 16GB at 37.82 percent. That does not mean every game suddenly requires 32GB, but it does make a 32GB kit an increasingly sensible target for a new DDR5 gaming build.
This guide focuses on four 32GB kits available through Shopee Philippines. All four use two 16GB modules and support modern memory overclocking profiles.
This is a specification and buying guide based on published product data, platform support and current listings. It is not a hands-on benchmark review.
Best overall: TeamGroup T-CREATE EXPERT 32GB DDR5-6000 CL30
The T-CREATE EXPERT stands out because it combines DDR5-6000 speed with CL30-36-36-76 timings, a 1.35V profile, a low 32mm module height, Intel XMP 3.0 and AMD EXPO support.
TEAMGROUP lists the exact CTCWD532G6000HC30DC01 kit as 32GB using two 16GB modules, with 48,000 MB/s rated transfer bandwidth and a lifetime warranty.
Its low-profile heat spreader is useful for builds with large air coolers, and the lack of RGB makes it easier to fit into understated systems.
Listing snapshot: ₱37,999, about US$606.

Best RGB: TeamGroup T-FORCE DELTA RGB 32GB DDR5-6000 CL30
The T-FORCE DELTA RGB offers the same headline DDR5-6000 CL30 class as the T-CREATE kit, but adds a prominent RGB light bar.
The FF3D532G6000HC30DC01 model is rated for 6000 MT/s, CL30-36-36-76 timings and 1.35V. TEAMGROUP also lists Intel XMP 3.0 and AMD EXPO support for the current DELTA RGB DDR5 family.
The main practical difference is physical size. The DELTA RGB module is about 46.1mm tall, so users with large tower air coolers should check clearance before buying.
Listing snapshot: ₱36,999, about US$591.

Best 6400 MT/s pick: Crucial Pro Overclocking 32GB DDR5-6400 CL38
The Crucial Pro kit is the fastest option in this group by rated transfer speed.
Model CP2K16G64C38U5W is a white 32GB kit made up of two 16GB modules. It is rated for DDR5-6400, CL38 and 1.35V, with Intel XMP 3.0 and AMD EXPO profile support.
DDR5-6400 offers more theoretical bandwidth than DDR5-6000, but raw memory speed is not the only factor. The looser CL38 latency and the memory controller in your CPU both affect whether 6400 MT/s is the best practical setting for your system.
For buyers who specifically want a 6400 MT/s kit and have a motherboard and CPU that can run it reliably, the Crucial Pro is the most straightforward choice here.

Best low-profile AM5 pick: G.Skill Flare X5 32GB DDR5-6000 CL36
G.Skill positions the Flare X5 family around DDR5 AMD systems, especially AM5 builds.
The white F5-6000J3636F16GX2-FX5W kit provides 32GB using two 16GB modules, with DDR5-6000 operation, CL36-36-36-96 timings and 1.35V.
It is not as latency focused as the two CL30 TeamGroup kits, but its low-profile design is useful when cooler clearance matters. The Flare X5 line also supports AMD EXPO, while current listings for this exact kit also advertise Intel XMP compatibility.
Listing snapshot: ₱33,195, about US$530.

DDR5-6000 CL30 or DDR5-6400 CL38?
Higher frequency does not automatically mean lower latency.
A DDR5-6000 CL30 kit has an approximate first word CAS latency of 10 nanoseconds. DDR5-6400 CL38 is roughly 11.9 nanoseconds, while DDR5-6000 CL36 is roughly 12 nanoseconds.
That does not make one kit universally faster. Real gaming performance depends on the CPU architecture, motherboard, subtimings, memory controller and the game itself.
For many modern builds, DDR5-6000 CL30 is attractive because it balances frequency and latency. DDR5-6400 can make sense when the platform handles the faster profile well.
Do you actually need 32GB for gaming?
Not every game needs 32GB.
A 16GB system can still run many current titles, but 32GB gives more room for games running alongside Discord, browsers, launchers, recording software, mods and background applications.
For a new DDR5 gaming PC in 2026, 32GB is increasingly the capacity that avoids having to revisit memory soon after the build is finished.
Check compatibility before buying
Memory speed is an overclocked profile, not a guarantee that every motherboard and CPU combination will run the advertised setting.
Check your motherboard memory support list, update the BIOS when appropriate, and confirm that your CPU memory controller can handle the selected speed.
After installation, enter the BIOS and enable the appropriate Intel XMP or AMD EXPO profile. Without the profile enabled, the kit may run at a lower JEDEC default speed.
Which kit should you choose?
The TeamGroup T-CREATE EXPERT is the strongest all-around pick in this group because DDR5-6000 CL30, low module height, XMP and EXPO support make it easy to recommend across a wide range of builds.
The T-FORCE DELTA RGB is the better choice if lighting is part of the build.
The Crucial Pro is the most interesting option for users who specifically want DDR5-6400.
The G.Skill Flare X5 remains a solid low-profile option for AM5 focused builds where cooler clearance matters.
